Ceramic packaging switches to recycled cardboard with dividers made from the same fiber, eliminating Styrofoam from the packing process.
Contrary to expectations, transit damage dropped 18%: the fiber dividers absorb side impacts better, which are the most frequent in last-mile delivery.
The change applies across the entire ceramic line and will extend to cabinets and faucets over the course of the year.
